1. Introduction
Welcome to Ghandhi’s Arts and Creations LLC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of artworks from our gallery. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Artwork Sales
All artworks sold on this website are original pieces created by Haitian and international artists. Each artwork is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity unless stated otherwise.We strive to display colors and details as accurately as possible. However, please note that screen displays may vary slightly from the actual artwork.
3. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is free for the first year of the website. Delivery times vary by location and will be communicated after purchase. We insure all shipments to protect against loss or damage during transit. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.
4. Refunds and Returns
Due to the unique nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, refunds will be issued in the following cases: The artwork arrives damaged (e.g., broken frame, torn canvas, significant scratches).
The artwork is not as described (e.g., incorrect piece sent, significant discrepancy from listing).
Return Process for Damaged Artwork
If your artwork arrives damaged: Contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Provide your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of: The damaged artwork, The packaging (inner and outer)
We will review your claim and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. We may request that the damaged artwork be returned to us before processing the refund.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order is considered final and will be prepared for shipment.
6. Payment
We accept secure payments via carte bancaire et bank transfer etc. All transactions are processed in USD.
7. Intellectual Property
All images, descriptions, and content on this website are the property of Ghandhi’s Arts and Creations LLC and the respective artists. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during checkout is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., shipping carriers, payment processors).
